  • The law firm accesses the deal details securely online through LLC.
  • Amendments from either the lender or the law firm are submitted through LLC, confirmed by e-mail notifications to the other party.

 

 

 

 
  • Documents are pre-populated with data for accuracy and ease of use.
  • A 'notes' function enables lender and lawyer/notary to communicate online (no need to track down correct contacts and leave phone messages).
  • Final reports are generated through LLC by simply clicking a button to submit the report to the lender (no need for faxing or couriering reams of documents).
