A lender sends mortgage instructions to the lawyer/notary electronically through the LLC portal. The law firm accesses the deal details securely online through LLC. Amendments from either the lender or the law firm are submitted through LLC, confirmed by e-mail notifications to the other party.         Documents are pre-populated with data for accuracy and ease of use. A 'notes' function enables lender and lawyer/notary to communicate online (no need to track down correct contacts and leave phone messages). Final reports are generated through LLC by simply clicking a button to submit the report to the lender (no need for faxing or couriering reams of documents).
