How long has LLC been available?
LLC was pilot tested starting in January 2009, and was launched nationally in early 2010. Over 6,000 lawyers and notaries are already enrolled in LLC, and the number is growing every day.

How long can I access final documents that have been uploaded by a Lawyer/Notary?
Final documents uploaded by the Lawyer/Notary can be accessed by the lender at any point in time. Archiving timelines for documents is configurable based on lender requirements.
