a lender notifying the firm there is a mortgage
deal available.
- The law firm accesses the deal details securely, online through LLC.
- Amendments from either the lawyer/notary or the lender are submitted through LLC and confirmed by e-mail notifications to the other party.

- Documents are pre-populated with data for accuracy and ease of use.
- A 'notes' function enables lawyer/notary and lender to communicate online (no need to
track down correct contacts and leave phone messages).
- Final reports are generated through LLC by simply clicking a button to submit the report (no need for faxing or couriering reams of documents).
