LLC is a secure, easy-to-use, web-based solution that streamlines and simplifies the instructing, processing, managing and reporting of mortgage documents by enhancing communications between lenders and law firms and notaries, and replacing the cumbersome process of faxing, phoning and sending documents by courier.

LLC was developed after extensive collaboration with lawyers, notaries and lenders. After comprehensive pilot testing starting in January 2009, LLC was launched nationally in 2010. It is a fully bilingual online solution, used by over 6,000 lawyers and notaries across Canada.
